Mr. Mohammed Shahabuddin is a renowned reputed and an eminent businessman with high credentiality and preserves the highest level of commitment towards social reforms and in alleviating sufferings of humanity.

Mr. Mohammed Shahabuddin subsequently completed his education with dignity and honor from national university. During his student life he observed with deep empathy that the village people, mostly of under privileged community were suffering from lot of distress, disease and deprivation, which virtually insisted him to do something for those huge uncared population of the country. He believes that goal and excellence can be achieved by not only money and materials but also requires skill human resources.

the sympathetic response to sufferings, continuous attachment to humanitarian & social works and commitment to meet the social needs, shaped his social activities. But the most sensitizing utterance of his mother in dying bed expressing her desire to her beloved son to set up a Hospital for treatment of poor & distressed people of the country inspired him to establish SHAHABUDDIN MEDICAL COLLEGE & HOSPITAL. Within this period he had already provided free treatment for about 2.5 Lac poor patients through this hospital and medical camps. The ultimate vision was to develop competent doctor and alleviate the sufferings of patients.

He always laid emphasis on punctuality, discipline and devotion to duty. His perseverance, honesty and sincerity have enabled him to become a notable businessman of the country. As recognition of his achievement and service in diversified sector of trade, he was awarded CIP for 7 times by the Govt. of People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Beside this organization, he is also the founder member of Nandiapara Degree College, Sonaimuri, Noakhali and also founder of Madrasa with Hefza Khana and Atim Khana in the name of his beloved mother Late Golapi Nessa in his village. He works with untiring zeal and magnanimity to achieve the objectives.
